Workshops on Being Happy with Ourselves and Others

 

I offer three introductory theoretical and applied workshops on traditional Far Eastern techniques :

 

1. Workshop on Introduction to Meridian Theory

This workshop is a follow-up to the bodily techniques learned in the Self-Care Workshop.
It focuses on a theoretical study of energy (Chi), Yin and Yang, the meridians, the meridian clock, meridian locations, specific points on the meridians and the five elements.
A document is given to each participant at the end of the workshop.

For :

Adults only. No prerequisites.
This workshop builds on the knowledge of traditional martial arts (Qi Gong, Tai Chi Chuan, etc.) practitioners who wish to become more effective in their art.

Individual and group sessions.
Individuals: at home or in a site selected and arranged by the participant.

Time: two four-hour half-day sessions. Fee: €75 per half-day per person.

 

2. Workshop on Applying 5 Tao Elements in Understanding Yourself and Others

Discusses:

  • The five elements of Tao: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and the five associated personalities.
  • How the five elements correspond to feelings, emotions, behaviour, moral character

These concepts are discussed in terms of each participant’s experiences and observations, leading to a deep understanding of yourself (character, behaviour, real nature, potential, qualities, etc.), accompanied by a better understanding of yourself in terms of other people.
A document is given to each participant at the end of the workshop.

3. Workshop on Discovering Manual Body Practices: Shiatsu, Chinese Massage and Korean Relaxation

Helps build basic knowledge of basic manual body techniques of Shiatsu, Chinese Massage and Korean Relaxation Massage for private practice solely among friends and family. Accompanied by explanations of ancient Far Eastern ancestral traditions.
A document is given to each participant at the end of the workshop.
